This policy explains what data the Fleek account connector handles. The connector is the MCP server at https://account-mcp.getfleek.app/mcp, operated by Fleek Technologies Private Limited, Bengaluru, India (“Fleek”, “we”, “us”). It lets an AI assistant you connect, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity, read the subscriptions you track in your Fleek account and, if you allow it, add subscriptions you name. It cannot buy, cancel, remove or edit anything.
Signing in. You sign in on web.getfleek.app with your normal Fleek sign-in and approve one assistant. The assistant never sees your phone number, your sign-in code or any other login detail. Fleek gives the connector a token limited to the permissions you approved, and the connector keeps it encrypted; the assistant only ever holds the connector's own access tokens, which last one hour.
What the assistant receives. When the assistant asks, the connector returns, for each subscription you track in Fleek: its name, plan, category, cost and currency, billing period, monthly cost, start, renewal or end date, whether autopay is on, how many people share it, whether you own it, and whether it was bought on Fleek or added by you; plus your monthly total. It never returns your payment method, any activation code, your phone number or email address, or the names of people you share a plan with.
What it adds. If you left “add subscriptions” ticked when you connected, the assistant can add subscriptions you name or confirm: the name and, if known, the cost, currency, billing cycle and next renewal date. They are saved in your Fleek account like a subscription you add in the app, marked as added through an assistant. A subscription already tracked is not added twice.
What we do not collect. The connector does not receive your prompts or the rest of your conversation with the assistant, or your account details with the assistant provider. During sign-in it sets short-lived cookies that tie the sign-in to your browser; it sets no other cookies and uses no advertising trackers.
We use this data only to answer your assistant's requests about your own Fleek account, to keep the connection secure and to keep it reliable by spotting errors and slow responses. We do not use it to profile you or market to you.
Fleek's database keeps a record of each connection: which assistant, the web address it returns to, the permissions you approved, and when it was made, last used and ended. Tokens are stored only as one-way hashes, and the record is kept with your Fleek account. The encrypted grant the connector holds with our hosting provider expires 90 days after it was last used, or when you disconnect. For each tool call the connector records one log line: the tool name, how long the call took and whether it succeeded, with no user identifier, no subscription data and no text from your conversation. These lines are kept in Cloudflare Workers Logs and deleted automatically within 7 days; Cloudflare's per-request invocation logs are turned off.
We do not sell, rent or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the connector and processes its logs on our behalf as our service provider, under its own privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. Your Fleek account data is stored on Google Cloud. Once the assistant has your subscription information, the assistant's provider (for example OpenAI for ChatGPT, Anthropic for Claude or Perplexity AI for Perplexity) handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.
You can disconnect at any time by removing Fleek in your assistant's connector settings. To end a connection on Fleek's side, or to delete subscriptions an assistant added, use the Fleek app or write to help@getfleek.app. Your Fleek account itself is covered by Fleek's privacy policy, including how to access or delete your data:
The connector is not directed at children.
If we change what the connector collects or how long we keep it, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
